I am currently using attached orders and can't quite understand how to trigger a trailing stop once the price breaks the top of the renko bar. Thanks for your help in advance.

There is not a built-in way to trigger the start of a trailing stop when price breaks the top of a bar. This would be something you would have to create a custom study to do.
