After I set "allow support for Sierra chart data feed" to No, it works again.

That is an unrelated option. So that would not make any difference. Although it could affect the routing of historical and market data requests. But setting it to No would only make less likely you would encounter a permission denied error if the error is in relation to historical or market data from Rithmic.
