I have about 100 charts spread across 6 large monitors. Many of the link numbers have been used. Is there a concise way to see which link numbers have been used?

There is not a simple way to do this. The best option is to look at the list of charts in the "CW" menu and look for the link numbers in there, as they will show as "L:#" after the Chart Number.
