Is there a particular alert that is causing the window to open? If so, then you would need to look into that alert to see if there is something special about it.

Actually I am beginning to believe this is a change in the windows software causing this. I have the same issue happening in other programs. I have run the same SC studies for years with no issue until the las windows update.

When the Alert Manager window opens, provide us the last line from the Log tab, so we can see what caused it to open. You can select it then select Edit >> Copy Selection and paste it here. We do not see how this is caused by the operating system. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. There is nothing here which gives us an indication of the problem. Make sure the alert manager is closed before you exit Sierra Chart. We recently had another customer having a similar issue and it was due to them having setup SMS messaging for alerts and not having the funds in their account to pay for it. So check if your alerts are setup for SMS and if so, try turning that option off to see if the Alert Manager continues to open.

The options are off. I am on the current software release too. The alert manager continues to open. I have just kept it in the minimized position at this point.
