Hi Team, This GIF shared by a Sierra Chart user demonstrates an issue with the Volume Profile when it encounters the Point of Control (POC). The entire profile appears to contract and expand each time the price passes through it. I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether this is a useful feature or simply a graphical glitch. We are not seeing anything in the referenced link that shows an issue. We are not even sure what problem you are referring to. The only thing we can think that you may be seeing that you think is odd is that when the price has trades that occur at the POC, the POC line is not extending any further, as it is (by definition) the longest line in the profile and therefore sets the distance that the profile extends into the chart. As such, when additional volume is added to that bar, the other bars have to shrink in relation.
