Hi, I am trying to link into Warsaw Stock Exchange via IB. I have upgraded my account into Service Package 10. I have configured IB-connect service per instruction.
I have updated symbols from the Server (Global Settings) and still face an issue to download chart data for PKO-STK-WSE-PLN or KGH-STK-WSE-PLN. I see "Symbol settings not found for current service". Ehhh.

I have added manually KGH-STK-WSE-PLN into symbol list but still no data download. Only it shows bars from the moment SC instance is opened, nothing earlier.

We cannot help with Interactive Brokers data issues. However, check the Message Log to see what messages are there from TWS regarding the problem:

You can safely disregard the message about the symbol settings not being found:

Are you able to support why SC is not downloading stock data from IB?
I have shared message log if needed. Maybe you have any idea? It looks like download data function does not trigger the download.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

You are on an older version of Sierra Chart (2355). Due to changes made by Interactive Brokers, you need to ensure that you are on the latest release of Sierra Chart and that you have the current release of TWS on your system (make sure the version of TWS is not a Beta version, that it is the current release version).

To update Sierra Chart, follow these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Once you have these updated you should be able to get the data.
