hi I'm encountered missing historical data for UVOL-NYSE symbol, the chart only start generate candle by candle after open the symbol. On the other hand, DVOL-NYSE can open with historical candle. Please help me take a look on this problem. Thank you very much. |

We are not seeing any issue with the data. Follow the instructions at the following link to load more historical data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Instructions to Download/View More Historical Intraday Data Also check your Session Times for that chart, as they may not be set to what you want, and could be reason you are only seeing data from that particular point in time. Thank you for confirm there is no data issue. Done delete and redownload the symbol data. Now the chart can display the historical and realtime data. Thank you for replying. |
