dear madam, dear sir I would like to suspend my trading activity for 2 years until I'm retired. I have not seen the answer to the 2 following questions in the FAQ & forum. 1- how long does sierrachart accept that an acount can be inactive before being closed par sierrachart. 2- it is written that one can be refunded only for remaining full monthly trench. 1. An account is never removed unless we are specifically asked to do so. So if you come back in 2 years, you can continue to use the same account. 2. Yes, any refunded Usage Time can stay in your Services Surplus for as long as you like. Please verify that you want us to refund 4 months (124 days) of Usage Time to your Services Surplus and that you do NOT want this refunded back to your payment method.
