Hello.
So for some reason, the new version 1/1/2024 , installed it self in C/SC` instead of my 18 month old with all my data/files/dlls/configs.

I moved missing data from D/SC/Data to the C/SC .. but all my global configuration settings that I did last year are now missing like Colors, graphics and especially all the alert mapping I did to use my sound alerts (which I also copied but are not triggering).

Which files can I copy/paste that have all the global and graphical configurations ??

Pls advise

Refer to the following for the files you may want to move:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

But you should not have had an issue with an update as long as you start the update from within Sierra Chart. Did you select "Help >> Download Current Version"?

If you prefer to keep using the other installation of Sierra Chart, then we would recommend using the above command to update. Just be certain that when the Installer Window shows up that you check the Path at the top and that it is to the folder you want. Refer to the following for the instructions on this:

Hello.
I did not start within help because when I wanted to open SC that day, the desktop icons disappeared and going into the SC folder , running the exe returned some error saying the version is not supported any more.

There are backups of the global configuration files. You can restore them. Refer to:
