hi, a long-time user here. Used to work well in past. After some time I got back to using Sierra again but now it does not work The alert (5) is working - that is I hear the AlertSound.wav but the email never comes to my mailbox. I used to use this heavily and reliably in the past Running SC 2416 due to Stonex support |

The problem could be with Outlook.
