Sierra Chart: Services Balance Too Low message

Hello Sierra support, I just got a message that services balance is low abd I need to add funds. To avoid this type of an issue, I've enabled auto payment through stripe and my understanding was that package and exchabge/any recurring fee would be auto collected. Is that not the case?. Do I really need to remember ti pay every month manually? Please advise |

Thanks for confirming. I would still like to know whether the recurring charges will be auto paid through autopayment enabled on my account through stripe or I'll have to manually add funds every month?. Thanks |
