Sierra Chart: Services Balance Too Low message

Hello Sierra support, I just got a message that services balance is low abd I need to add funds. To avoid this type of an issue, I've enabled auto payment through stripe and my understanding was that package and exchabge/any recurring fee would be auto collected. Is that not the case?. Do I really need to remember ti pay every month manually?

Thanks for confirming. I would still like to know whether the recurring charges will be auto paid through autopayment enabled on my account through stripe or I'll have to manually add funds every month?.
