Hi,

I've used Sierra for several years and this is a first. On Denali, the charts were not updating from 4AM-4:50 AM EST. I was getting a very slow "Waiting to download historical data" to "Historical download completed" process for a single chart chartbook lasting approx 20-30 seconds. After the download completed message finished the chart would show the correct current information but not update further. Switching symbols and closing and reopening the program did not help. This resolved itself around 4:50 AM EST. Just thought you might want to know.

We are aware of this. There was a software update, that was done earlier overnight, that caused an issue. It was later resolved.
