Charts (delayed) not updating/frozen

My charts, not all but most, have just stopped updated? They are just frozen and not moving or bar counting down. Tried Edit > restarting the data from troubleshooting with no luck. My virus scanner has always been on without problems until now?

One possibility is that since you are using the Delayed Streaming Data, that you may have downloaded historical data up to the current time. In which case, the bars will not start updating until the delay time has passed (10-15 minutes). If this is the case, then you should be good by now.
