Hello, my Sierra Charts doesn't seem to want to connect at all. I've been having this issue for the past couple weeks but didn't do anything as I'm only doing replays for now.

However, I seem to always be disconnected. The status bar is always yellow and saying, "Reconnect Wait". Then I have a window that pops up that doesn't go away that says:

"Service Connection Error

Connection error message from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Logon
error received from server: permission denied | Date-Time: 2023-12-27
01:34:27"

Help please. What's going on and how do I fix this?
