Hi,

Wondering if there is way to display a running counter of new high or new low for each bar on the chart? The values should maintain persistence on the chart... meaning it should not change or reset to zero when I hit the "apply" button on the studies window.

If you are referring to a new high/low intrabar, then not with any native study.
This would require a custom ACSIL study.

Thanks Tom. I'm indeed referring to a new H/L intrabar counter. I could easily do a count of every time when H=C or L=C but it is not ideal.

Another possibility would be (if I want a HH or LL counter from start of session open), to use high/low of time range study (ID4) on a 1T tick chart and then run a counter of ID4.SG1<>ID4.SG1[-1] to overlay onto my primary bar chart to display HH counter. I just don't like overlay charts so trying to avoid using them.
