Adding new Symbol Patterns not working

i tried adding a new pattern for TSEJ (tokio stock exchange) into the symbol settings because sc was telling me that there were no symbol settings for those. however, the message still appears, even though i added the pattern (see attached screenshot). what did i do wrong?
