Bid Size and Ask Size column not showing all values

I have the base advanced package enabled and I am trying to view the DOMs for SPX-500 and SPY tickers but for my Bid size and Ask size columns i only see 1 value on each side. I tried using the SPY-NQTV ticker as well

You will not see any additional Market Depth data for SPX500, as that is a CFD and we do not have market depth data for CFDs. SPY, if entered as just itself (SPY) will also not show any additional market depth, as this is the symbol for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" for which we do not have the Market Depth Data. As you mention, the way to get market depth for SPY is to use SPY-NQTV, you should be getting the full market depth for this symbol.
