Hello, I am a "11-Integrated Advanced subscriber". With this subscription, I believe I am eligible to get Historical Intraday Data. I also activated "Denali: CME non-professional top-of-book" for CME Data, specifically /ES (ES Mini). For the last 4 yrs, I am getting real time data through CQG WebAPI. I've been trying to get the intraday data from 01-Oct-2020 but I am unable to get it. I changed the chart settings to start from 01-Oct-2020, but it is automatically flipping it to the last one year data. I deleted and redownloaded the data but it is of no use. Please find attached the screenshots of Chart Settings and Data settings. Could you advice what settings I need to do in-order to retrieve the intraday /ES data from 01-Oct-2020? Regards, Sat |
