Hi, I'm having a repetitive issue with historical market depth loading. It only shows partially and the gap is always between the time Sierra Chart was shut down previous night and reopened the next morning and only for 1 symbol (ES) but on every chart running the symbol. It could be resolved by using "Download depth from date/time" option but I'm pretty much sure it is not the way it supposed to work on a regular basis. I noticed the issue recently when I update Sierra Chart to 25xx version, and everything worked well on 24xx. Also, for some reason, I have to click mentioned above depth download option twice for a download to commence. I've attached a chart screenshot and the message log herein. Thank you

Make sure you have gone through all of the Setup items needed in order to get the historical market depth downloaded. The instructions are at the following link: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data If this does not resolve the issue, the let us know. The issue has resolved on its own on Wed this week. I have done nothing for it as I haven't had a chance, just thought I'd let you know the problem has been fixed for now.
