TPO chart not showing older months

Hi, my TPO chart doesn't show older TPO. It remain stuck in november 2023. I tried to change the settings in chart - chart settings - data limiting but nothing changed, doesn't allow me to go back than 2023-11-29. I tried to use DAYS TO LOAD to 360 but nothing changed even there. It happens only with CRUDE OIL
