Good afternoon. I would like to know how do I know if I'm currently working with the latest Sierra version, and if am not, how do I go about downloading the latest version. One last question if an update is necessary, does downloading the update affect in any way the data (Graphic books) I have configured for my daily work. |

Our servers show that you are running version 2509, which is not the latest version. You can verify this by selecting "Help >> About" in your Sierra Chart software and look for the line for "Version" (ignore the Revision). To update your software, follow these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Updating your software would only change your charts if you had an older Custom Study that needed to be updated for some reason - in which case the Custom Study would not run. You would either need to update it - or if it was created by someone else then they would need to update it for you.
