My Historical Data will not populate

Hi, I have been using sierra chart for a little over a month now and it has worked wonderfully. Yesterday an issue occurred where historical data would not populate on my TPO charts. Now, Data is only populated for the times when I have the platform open... If there is any way to fix this, I would appreciate it.

What is the symbol for the chart where you are seeing this issue?

There may be a few different things occurring here. First, you are using the Rithmic data, and they have a lack of historical data. Refer to the information here:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy

Second, you are using a relatively new contract with H 2024 for the ES. Depending on how you want to view the data, you may need to have a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the following:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

And, on the other side of the Continuous Contract option, if you already have this enabled, then you may be having issues due to the fact that Rithmic will not have the historical data for the previous contract.

We really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than the Rithmic data.
