I just updated to the latest version 2568 and find that the close and help button in the quote panel are sitting on top of each other.
see attached picture

You can expand that window open further in order to have the buttons separate. Place your pointer at the bottom or the corner until it changes to the stretch icon, then click and drag. The button itself may not change, but once you see the separate "Help" button, what is remaining at the bottom is the "close" button. If you close the window and open it again, it will be in the new size and show properly.

This only seems to happen when opening the symbol list from the quote board.

steps to reproduce.
1) open new quote board File --> New Quote Board
2) open the symbol list in Quote board Menu select Symbols

The shown symbol list has the help and close buttons overplayed.
Extending the vertical size of the panel as suggested does not separate the buttons, both just move down along with the bottom of the window.

Like we said - when you first pull it down, you will not see the buttons separate, but once you can view the "Help" button by itself, what is left is the actual "Close" button. So you can click on this to close the window.

From the Quote Board we see that the size does not stay, so it is constantly resizing to the smaller window requiring opening it further each time. We will look into this.
