I got a message (12-12-23) stating I forgot to log into my trading account (non-professional) to keep receiving realtime data. It stated I’ll be receiving delayed data on 12-15-23. As soon as I read the message I signed into my account. Am I good to go and will still have realtime data after the 15th? Also, I could not find anything in the support board search about what we do if we did forget to sign into our account for the month, losing realtime data, and how to restore it. Let me know thanks. |

Your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "January 12, 2024", so you are good. You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges It is also displayed on the Main Control Panel for your account, which you can access by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software. If you forget to connect, then on the day after your "Verified Until" date, you will either not get any data, or you will be getting delayed streaming data, or you may start getting data from the service you are connected to (such as a Prop Firm account). It all depends on what service you are connected to as to what exactly will occur. But you will definitely not get any real time data for The CME Group from us until you connect to your live account again. And that is all you need to do - connect to your live account again. As soon as the "Verified Until" date is updated, you will start to get the real-time data again.
