Hello and thanks for your help. I have been saving drawing configurations (tc1, tc2, etc..) but the configuration disappears after I close the software and re-open it the next day. Could you please advise me what to do to resolve? |

Make sure that you are actually saving the configuration and that you are saving it to the correct configuration slot that you want. If you are changing the drawing properties for a certain drawing, then this does not update the configuration. And when you save the configuration, you need to ensure that you have the proper configuration number selected at the bottom. Make sure you have followed the instructions at the following link: Chart Drawing Tools: Using Multiple Drawing Tool Configurations If you are doing the above properly and still having an issue, then do you also have this issue with other items like the Global Graphics Settings? As these are stored in the same file. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
