not able to bring up trade orders window and trade position window at all able to place and execute trades able to see orders on chart when placing just unable to bring up trade orders window and trade position window rolled contracts today - cant bring up on old dec 23 contracts or new mar 24 contracts Thank you support

i was simply letting you know that trade orders window and trade position window are not working on old or new contracts. i was simply providing the only variable that i have changed. I have updated and that has solved problem thank you

User237034: We have no idea what your issue is. If you have a Service Order ID, then that means an order exists, therefore why do you state you are Unable to execute trade orders? Also, this is not the correct thread to post this. You should open a new thread for your issue.
