Hi, Is it possible to suspend my sierra account for 1 month as I plan on traveling and will not be able to use or access the account. If so what's the best way to do this without having to go through the set-up and license agreements again. Many thanks |

We do not have a way to suspend an account in the middle of a package. We give refunds in 1 month (31 day) increments, so if you had more than 1 month of time remaining, we could refund that back to your Services Surplus, but right now you only have 23 days of Usage Time remaining. Therefore, the only option is set your Service Package selection to "Disabled", therefore when your current time runs out, your account will automatically be put in an "expired" state. You will also want to "deactivate" any exchanges you have active with us. Then, when you come back, you will just need to add funds and select a package and activate your exchanges to get going again. You do not need to redo the agreements. The link to select your package is the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage We see you have two CME Group exchanges active. You can deactivate these at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you need any help with this, let us know and we can take care of it for you.
