Market by order is not working

Hi,
My account is service Package 12 and the data is CME with market depth for non-professional. I did follow the step to step instructions but on the DOM have not showed the market by order.
Please help me out.

Hi SC Team

Tried to find solution for MBO problem on my own-did not work out
I think I went through all possible causes
Also I found many threads with similar posting-couldn't spot solution for the problem

Problem:
MBO showing "negative" values
MBO showing one column only (not set of orders)

As a brand new customer of SC your help would be appreciated a lot

That is the wrong column. That is a "Pulling/Stacking" column. You need to add the "Bid Market Orders" and "Ask Market Orders" columns. Refer to the following:
