I made some changes to my account and played around with the packages, it seems that every time I made a change I was fully charged but didnt use the service. are you guys refunding the account and making changes to prorated rates ?
I had about 200 days left on my original package, then bought package 5 and didnt use it but was fully charged and then bought package 10 and fully charged.

We have refunded the additional package selections that you had added to your account. The funds were put back to your Services Surplus.

Just so you are aware, the reason this occurred is because you selected the "Update and Renew Now" button. When you want to change your package, select the package you want and then select the "Update/Set" button.
