Have not been able to get daily data downloads for S&P 500 ($INX) and Nasdaq 100 ($IUXX) after December 1. Using Sierra Chart 2564. Please help. Thank you. |

The data is available through December 8. We are able to get it without any issue. With the particular chart active, please select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to redownload the data and it should fill in through Dec. 8th. Also make sure these are Daily charts. The Intraday data may not be as up to date as the daily. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
