Hi on my rithmic account, I'm getting a completely inaccurate DPL figure and have been since the first trade I entered. Please could that be fixed ASAP. Even as I entered the first trade, I got a weird negative figure. Thanks Umair |

it was this setting: To load order fills for the current day only, enable Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Load Order Fills for Current Day Only. |

Same issue again. What's going on. Settings weren't even changed.

All we can do is point you to the same documentation. It may be that your software did not receive an update for an order therefore you are missing an order fill, or something else. All of the information for how to review and find the problem is in that section of the documentation.
