Hello How can I set the bid-ask spread in simulated trading replay? For example, in FXCM broker we have +-0.40 of spread in XAUUSD, but when I'm replaying a chart in Sierra Chart Simulation mode it shows a 0.05 spread. This difference is very relevant for statistics, and I want to change it to a 0.40. Thanks |

To reliably increase the spread you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second and re-download the Intraday data in the chart. After you do this, you can increase the Tick Size in Chart >> Chart Settings to the spread that you want. Complete information about this is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeSimulation.php#TradeSimulationBidAskPrices Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
