Teton order routing / market data feed not working properly since yesterday

Hello SC Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the datafeed which is really slow since yesterday mid afternoon. Seems market data are sent by block each 2 or 3 sec. Is that possible for you to check it? I have sent the message log via the send message log function

It is impossible for us to check something like this. What you need to do is look at the heartbeat messages. Look at this section and the next section:

Hi Sc Team,

I did some checks with my internet provider, and also have enable the heartbeat on the mesage log which has been sent to you via the send button. Could you please check the log? Datafeed still not providing data as it should in my opinion, but not all the time (works and doesn't work randomly).

We see no obvious indication of a problem with the heartbeat messages. We do see that your computer clock is not set accurately. Refer to:
