You do not currently have any exchanges active in order to get real-time data. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data?

You did add $10.00 to your account, but you have not used it for anything. It is in your Services Surplus balance. You can view the transactions for your account by selecting the link for "View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts" on the main control panel for your account on our website. The direct link to this page is the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

YM is traded on the CBOT exchange of the CME Group. If you just need data for this exchange alone, and you do not need Market Depth data, then the cost is $1.25 per month for the "CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book". If you need the Market Depth data for this symbol, then the cost is $11.50 per month for the "CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts". There are other exchange options as well, depending on what you need. You will find the list of exchanges for the CME Group with their costs at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) Once you know what your cost per month will be, then if you need to add funds to your account, you will do so at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Once you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the exchange(s) you want, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup and activate the exchange(s): Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Here is the response we made in the Account Support Ticket: We can not answer the questions with the given information. In particular, we do not know when you opened the positions and the price ladder is not visible for us to view the prices, and the dates for the bars are not visible so we have no reference to work from. Refer to the following to start: Trade Simulation: How Orders are Filled If you still have questions, then we need to have the image along with the information we specified above in order to be able to answer the questions. I asked how to buy a specific number of shares in Sierra? Where do I see the price for a particular share? For example, I want to buy shares for 1000 usd. Thank you for your help.

The price per share (quantity) is the price that is shown on the chart at that moment. So if the price shows $32.70, then that is the cost per share (quantity). Per the images you had provided your Price Scale is not showing, we are wondering if this is really what you are asking about. Offhand, we wonder if you set the color for the "Chart Values Scale Text Color to be "white", the same as your background, so you are not able to visualize the price ladder. I have been trading futures so far and I know how to set the amount of contracts I want to trade. I don't know how to buy a stock, for example, for $1,000 when one costs, as you wrote $32.70. Does 1 contract = 1 stock? Do I set the amount of shares like the amount of contracts?

Yes, you set the Quantity in the same way, where 1 share is 1 quantity.
