If you leave the Installer Window open, you will sometimes get that message after everything finished up properly. Please try the Update again, and keep an eye on the information as it goes by. If there is an error during the update, then select the button at the top for "Send Log to Support" and then let us know that you sent the log to us. We'll take a look and see what it shows.
