I placed a SIM order of 30 ES micro contracts and was negative over $2800 at a 0.75 tick draw down. Can you please help me trouble shoot what the issue may be here? I have attached files to assist with trouble shooting the situation.

You need to look at your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" to determine what has occurred. In particular, look at the "Trades" page.

Thank you for your help. What the log shows does not make sense. It looks like incomplete trade data. Can you please review the attachment and advise?

The log you sent only shows a quantity of 15 being opened and then a quantity of 30 being closed. Is this the issue you are referring to?

Yes, but more specifically, how the three-tick drawdown on MES contracts ended up being over a $2800 loss. The drawdown should have been $56.25 in total. This is a concern for taking future real account trades.

You need to look at the Trades page of the Trade Activity Log and look at the beginning of the trades and the end, and see what the total amount of movement was between all 30 contracts.

Then check the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" and make sure it is set correctly for that symbol (MES should be 1.25.

Look at the profit/loss for each trade on the Trades tab:
Trade Activity Log: Trades Tab

Go through the instructions carefully. You also need to make sure there are no missing order fills, no duplicate fills, and the order fill prices are correct. All of that must be manually verified.

Make sure the starting Date-Time is correct:
