Help with Replay Chart option

Good day. Currently I'm using my sierra to cast the Nasdaq graphic, and when I click the "Replay Chart" button the system does nothing, when I was castng the SP500 graphic it would inmediately pop up the chart replay box to select the parameters for the replay. WHat could be going on? |

We assume you are stating that you are not getting the replay control panel to show after selecting the option for "Chart >> Replay Chart >> Replay Chart (Control Panel)".
