Urgent. Problem with live date for Eurex and CME

Hi there, I have active subscription( and data for CME and Eurex), and from 2 days ago soft started to act strange, like disconnecting and connecting every few minutes. Cme charts didnt load historical data, or loaded some parts(see attached screenshot). Today my Eurex feed is not loading live data at all, all stuck on data from 4 hours ago. I did restart and updated the soft to newest version. Please advise. P.S. I just noticed that Eurex giving me (delayed) status. It wasnt like that when starting the soft. Confirming the problem with EUREX data. Receiving no data since 02:36 CET. I sent the Message Log via "Send for Analysis". CME is working fine for me. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-11-29 07:33:45
