I have a Volume study on the chart, in the second region, as shown on the picture. The problem is that the height of the region changes whenever I open the Chart/Chart settings window, and for example I push the Apply button (however I make no changes in the settings of the chart. The two attached pictures show the change in the display of the Volume study. |

I updated the Sierra to Prereleawe version. The problem is solved, however I lost all formulas in the spreadsheet study. |

It sounds like you installed the non-CLR version. Update again with Help >> Download Prerelease. Be sure to use this specific command.

I had the non-CLR version, before installing the prerelease version. Does it mean, that having the non-CLR version, the problem cannot be solved? |

OK, it is possible that due to the ongoing development of the spreadsheets in the non-CLR version, that the formulas were lost due to changes. We will check on this with the developer working on the spreadsheets. But in any case if they are gone, then we apologize for that. The problem with the Chart Region heights has been solved in the non-CLR version as well. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Just to confirm and complete the information: I have installed the non-CLR version back again, and now all works ok. The region height and the formulas in the worksheets, both work ok. Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-07-25 20:36:45
