Live account not showing in Trade account monitor or on Chart Trade Window?!

I have searched for a similar issue to this but have not found anything yet; hoping SC support can advise please.

Summary:
I was setup with Denali fine and my AMP futures account was showing in the chart trade window dropdown.
I wanted to run some Apex Futures accounts from sierra chart using my Denali feed, so followed what I could find to set this up. I set up Rithmic and the multiple rithmic accounts showed in account monitor, however I kept getting an error warning saying Rithmic account denied or similar. So I decided to revert back to my previous SC-All data setup and setup rithmic to test on an additional instance of SC on the same pc..

Since reverting back to SC Data - All Services , I cannot access my live Amp account for some reason. Also even when testing again on SC- All data services, the old Rithmic accounts were all showing in trade account monitor - I have tried the following.

Remove rithmic data feed settings logins
Restart multiple times and reconnect to denali
*changing to teton order routing (or trying to) cleared the rithmic account history from trade account monitor.


But still I cannot find my Amp live account. The dropdown on the Chart trade window is not populated, and nor is it on the Trade account monitor (its empty). Iam recieving Denali live data no problem.

I then did this https://faq.ampfutures.com/hc/en-us/articles/14019606432279-How-to-connect-to-Teton-Sierra-Chart-Order-Routing to see if that would work and I get the error message "Connection error:No trade accounts assigned". This doesnt state that I need to ask amp to set me up with teton routing specifically. From my research on here though it seems I do need to request it with AMP.


Please can someone advise how I can access my live account!

I have resolved this issue now, no reply needed// Solution below, including why I was getting failed CQG connections!

In case it is of use to anyone it turns out the CQG login password is was using had an extra character and after some investigation I fixed that and all is now working fine. I didnt realise that sc- all services was just providing live data for sim trading. All sorted now although I would be keen to know if AMP have teton fully working as from looking at past threads it seems some people applied for it and had to revert to CQG as AMP were not ready at the time. I should post that in a user forum and not tech support I assume.
