"Download Video: Activating Service Package and Making a Payment." Clicking directly starts off good then garbles. The downloaded version has no sound. Please advise thank you!

We are not seeing any issue with this ourselves. It is working perfectly fine, both the version in the browser and the downloaded version. We tried multiple players for the downloaded version and they all worked fine for us. So we are not sure why you would be having an issue with this. For what it is worth, the downloaded file is a .mpeg, so make sure you have the correct extension and that the player you are using can play this kind of file (although nearly all should).
