Drawing Volume Profile Error

Hello, I've been having issues with drawing my volume profiles regardless of whatever chart I use. Intraday or historical. Numbers bar or normal candle stick chart. Daily or 5min or whatever Timeframe.

When I draw the volume profile for a specific length. The volume profile shows me a wrong distribution of it. As you can see from the first screenshot provided. The box encompasses all of GLOBEX for CL however, the volume profile drawn only shows a fraction of the total I've boxed in.

I've tried to fix it many times. The only way I could is to go to another chart where if I draw it the volume profile shows correctly. Then duplicate that chart. However, that's not a permanent solution and is really inconvenient when I decide to create a whole new chart instead.

How do I fix this?

If you have setup a custom configuration for the Drawn Volume Profile then try using a configuration that is not setup for one and see if that works properly. If it does, then the implication is that there is something in the Inputs caused by that configuration that is causing what you are seeing. You would want to then redo, or remove the configuration.

Refer to the following regarding setting up a configuration for the Drawn Volume Profile:
