I have tried tweaking all values of chart settings and graphic settings and I am getting to the point where I see no use for this tool going forward if I can't get someone to tell me the right setting to get this values aligned.

You either need to change the Font size for the Numbers Bars by adjusting the font options starting at the following input: Numbers Bars: Font Size Mode Or you need to expand the bar spacing so you can see more of the data in each bar.
