I see where VX future outrights are availale to be charted under Futures-CFE. There are exchange traded spreads on the VX products, but do not see where they are available under this area. Can they be found somewhere else?

VX spreads are not listed like other future products are.

What happens is another window will display, listing all of the spread symbols and even the outright contracts as well. You do not see that? Just shows Outright symbols, no spreads.. Here is picture of what is on screen after hitting left clicking Get Symbols.

When you select the "Get Symbols" button, at the top of the "Find Symbols" page you should see the text "Requesting additional symbols" show. Are you seeing this text?

Requesting additional symbols flashes up there for a milisecond, barely saw it. Doesn't add any symbols additionally.

Please try to get the spreads in the main instance and not in a Sub-Instance and let us know if it works or not.

Yes, that appears to have worked, I have spreads listed now after hitting Get Symbols Tab. Didn't know you had to do it under the main instance?
