Candle Stick corrupted

The candle stick of the current daily bar (historical data) is not showing correctly; s. picture 1
The open seems to be missing; s. picture 2.
In the data file, the current data is missing at all; s. picture 3

This seems to be happening randomly. E.g. the chart of the SPX index was shown correctly that day.
"Delete and download data" had helped the other day not yesterday though.

Now/the next day the candle stick / data is ok.

Please fix.

We are aware that SC in not happy with IB.
Since SC does not support/offer many of the important exchanges any longer (e.g. CBOE, RUSSELL), we have to live with IB.

Intraday data is coming in correctly from IB.
Isn't there a way to get the historical data "started" with the intraday data, in case the historical data is not coming through?

I would assume it is SC's claim to do its best and offer proper charts and not to just blame the data provider.

just blame the data provider.
