Hello,

I am trying to set up the "Price Levels" study for myself - how can I get that to work? It seems it needs to be enabled?

Thanks!

The "Price Levels" or "Trading Levels" study is meant to be used to send out specific levels to other users. There is no point in using this for yourself, as you already have the information you want to send, and doing it through this study will be a lot longer than entering a level on a chart using any other method.

The information for this study is at the following link:
Trading Levels

And yes - you would need to be setup to be able to use it. To do this, open an Account Support Ticket making that request.

Yeah I got it, I thought it may be easier to past multiple values from an Excel spreadsheet into a Sierrachart Spreadsheet - is there any way to do this without inputting each value manually?

Basically I'm trying to export data to a excel/csv file from Tradingview and then copy and pasting those values into a Sierrachart spreadsheet without doing each column manually.

Hope that makes sense.

Apart from copying/pasting, you could create a custom study to get the information from a file and then put that into a Sierra Chart spreadsheet. Refer to the information here:
sc.SetSheetCellAsDouble()

Also refer to the list of programmers that you could contact at the following link:

Thank you! I should be able to code something to do what I want then. Will copy and pasting more than one value at a time ever be coming to sierra? Or reading for various document types?

"Never say Never", but it is not something that is going to be high on our priority list, since we give the ability within our ACSIL functionality.

Two ways to do this using a CSV file.

1) https://www.simplesystemtrading.com/autolevels/

Thank you! I actually follow Frozen Tundra and didn't know he had something like that. Extremely easy to set up.
