I can back test my trades on the current day but when i go back a couple days the chart doesn't load, and when i press play the first candle from that time i entered to back test starts to load from the left of the window but that's the only data it shows and nothing more from previous days but only the candle from that time and other candles following it. this has been happening on and off for the past 2 weeks but before it would work perfectly fine and the chart would load previous price and the chart wouldn't bug out.

Go through the information here to load the amount of data in the chart that you want to replay: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data And follow the instructions here in particular step 3: Replaying Charts: Basic Chart Replay Instructions If you still have a problem re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
