Dear SC-Team, I duplicated the Chart DOM on the left side (yellow marking on the picture) and the middle line is not displayed correct- one tick under the other middle lines. Please help me to fix it. |

Dear SC-Team, The horizontal line will be drawn at the middle of the DOM (right between the best bid and best ask). On the screenshot you can see three DOM's with the middle line above the current price and one DOM with the middle line under the current price (yellow rectangle on the screenshot). Can you please help me so that all four DOM's have the middle line above the current price? |

Dear SC-Team, RTYM24_FUT_CME is not centered correctly on the dom. Could you fix it? |

This is impossible for us to help with. You cannot get the Middle line exactly in the same position on every Trading DOM. There are just too many variables involved. This is not within the scope of our support.

Please have a look at the attached Screenshot. There you can see that all middle lines are centered. Hope you can help me.

We do not know what to suggest. Each Middle line is fully independent from the others. Try resetting the scales: The Chart DOM Scale: Auto Scale the Chart DOM Try also making small Interactive Scale Move adjustments up or down: The Chart DOM Scale: Interactive Scale Move It is impossible to say. It is not something we can clearly help with. You just have to try to see if you can make them the same. There is no guarantee the Middle lines will all line up. They are all independently calculated from each other. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I configurated one Dom and than copied it and changed the symbol and all the tree middle lines are on the same level except the RTYM24_FUT_CME this middle line is one tick under the the other middle lines. When I change the RTYM24_FUT_CME - Dom to the S&P the middle line has the same level as the other three. I also have keyboard shortcuts to reset the doms.
