Historical market depth not downloading

Hello, I'm trying to use the market replay feature in the DOM. Hence, I require market depth data. I have followed all of the instructions listed regarding replay in the DOM (Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data) and (manually) downloading historical depth data (Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data). However, I haven't been successful in getting the data and hence the market depth data to display in the DOM when replaying the market. I can see the market replay in the DOM but it only shows recent executions and not the market depth. Simultaneously, I can see in the C:\SierraChart\Data\MarketDepthData folder that no depth data is there even if I manually request the download. All I get after I request the download is a log message stating that it has "Added historical Market depth data request for FESXZ23-EUREX to the queue. | 2023-11-08 21:31:00.000" but no further update, even after several minutes of waiting. |
