Moin Moin. From my trading-mentoring at g7fx.com I was trading using the sim-account, and had some trades I wanted to share.: However, as I was working, I could not attend the market in time, so I did trade on replay. Everything did work fine aside from a lot of weird multi-day-spanning contract-sales (ESz23), which I did not enter, and which where there, seeming to have been opened right at the end of the last session. The real trades ( at least from 2023-10-26 on) are.: 1. from 2023-10-26 12:27:45.805967 to 2023-10-26 12:37:46.396097 2. from 2023-10-30 11:11:24.153005 to 2023-10-30 11:22:33.023001 Funnily, : a. the trade 1 is not even being displayed in "1st real trade does not even appear.png" , b. whilst the trade 2 does appear just fine in "2nd real trade.png" I did attach the trade-log as "TradeActivityLog_2023-11-08, weird trades, only the ones from 2023-10-26 12.27 to 12.37 and 2023-10-30 11.11 to 11.22 are real.txt" . Last Thursday on the 2023-11-07, when I did have my last mentoring-session, I was sure to had a flat account-inventory. But, I did see a P&L of -15k$. It did comprise weird trade-arrows spanning very long times. Can it be, that putting my machine into standby did mix up the messages with Your Teton-Sim-Server. _Cheers, __Michael. |

We do not understand this at all. And this is not within the scope of our support to be analyzing. You know what you did and you need to understand exactly what you did. For information about how simulated orders are filled, refer to: Trade Simulation: How Orders are Filled To look at order fills and other detailed activity, refer to: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Also, you are using the internal Trade Simulation Mode. So everything is happening within Sierra Chart on your side. There is no involvement of the server at all. None whatsoever. Moin Moin. >We do not understand this at all. And this is not within the scope of our support to be analyzing. Fair enough.: And, my request is not to analyse, what I did.: 1. It is totally possible, that I made a mistake in configuring SC. 2. But I did not execute these trades. Hence, I have a kind of a trust-issue, if there are orders appearing out of nowhere costing a lot of money.: albeit simulated money. So, before trading with real money, I wanted to make sure, not to fall into the same trap. a. If, finding the error will be costing a fee, if it was on my side, then so be it. b. If You have a list of instructions to see/debug (maybe some tracing-mode), what/who triggered the orders, then it would be kind to tell me, what to do. Cheers, Michael. |
